Sim, não estou a brincar... e o maravilhoso resultado desta tarefa fez-me sentir na obrigação de motivar os seguidores da MyCake a experimentarem a sensação de amassar estes espécimes que mais parecem um manjar dos deuses.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Divinais, enviam mensagens subliminares a cada um dos nossos sentidos… derretem-se na boca e a sua cor deliciosamente dourada é um deleite para a vista. As imagens que deixo são uma das provas… -)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_nCAtAExDVh0/SlYKex_nawI/AAAAAAAAAFM/Dpj07gNvDxY/s1600-h/paesdeleite.jpg"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5356480330736298754" style="WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 122px" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_nCAtAExDVh0/SlYKex_nawI/AAAAAAAAAFM/Dpj07gNvDxY/s320/paesdeleite.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O ideal é começar no dia anterior (não se assuste, é apenas um trabalho faseado e é sempre possível fazer mil e uma coisas enquanto a massa se espreguiça no misterioso mundo da levedação)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Corte em quadradinhos 110 gr. de manteiga (manteiga mesmo, não margarina, faz toda a diferença) e deixe à temperatura ambiente. Neste momento, já deu para perceber que o melhor é esquecer as calorias, verdade? Se sim, esboce um sorriso que a melhor parte vem a seguir!&lt;br /&gt;Pois então, dissolva 12 gr. de fermento de padeiro (metade de um quadradinho de 25 gr. que existem no pingo doce - junto à secção de lacticínios) em 150 ml de leite ligeiramente aquecido. Peneire 375 gr de farinha com 45 gr. de açucar e 1 colher de café de sal fino. Amasse, "with your own two hands", adicionando o leite com o fermento dissolvido e três ovos, um a um. Sem pressas, claro, que a pressa é inimiga da perfeição!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando verificar que se começa a descolar do recipiente, incorpore a manteiga na massa até torná-la o mais homogénea possível. Neste momento, entramos na fase da levedação: deixe repousar a massa, tapada com um pano, num local ameno, sem correntes de ar, durante 1h30m.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Desmanche um pouco a massa com as mãos e deixe repousar no frigorífico por duas horas. Desmanche de novo, tape com película aderente e mantenha no freezer durante a noite. No dia, amasse o preparado para expulsar o ar, dividia em 12 pães e disponha numa placa de forno, forrada com papel vegetal (já untado com manteiga, pois não queremos pães de leite com efeito UHU!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deixe repousar e levedar durante cerca de uma hora. Pincele os pãezinhos com uma mistura de “gemadeovomaiságua” e leve ao forno durante 15 a 20 minutos, a 170 graus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aposto que já percebeu que nada disto é perigoso ou complicado ou stressante, por isso surpreenda-se a si mesmo(a) e a quem tem o privilégio de partilhar consigo os momentos mais deliciosos da vida, os tais que são “os mais simples”. Oito amigas, todas aprendizes J, levaram até à cozinha mycake grandes doses de boa disposição, criatividade e vontade de aprender!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A combinação de ingredientes como o queijo ricotta e mascarpone, ovos, bolacha, iogurte, resultou na confecção de três cheesecake deliciosos que, acompanhados no final por um Chá Rooibos, foram o centro da festa… para além das suas criadoras, claro! Parabéns a todas!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aqui fica a receita eleita pelo &lt;strong&gt;Workshop MYcheesecake&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200gr bolacha maria/aveia/chocolate&lt;br /&gt;125gr manteiga&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Triturar a bolacha, adicionar a manteiga e trabalhar bem, com os dedos, até ficar homogénea.&lt;br /&gt;Forrar a base de uma forma de aro amovível com o preparado, com a ajuda das costas de uma colher de sopa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recheio:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250gr queijo ricotta ou mascarpone&lt;br /&gt;200gr queijo fresco magro&lt;br /&gt;3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;1 iogurte&lt;br /&gt;100gr açúcar&lt;br /&gt;50gr farinha&lt;br /&gt;Raspa de 1 limão&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicionar pela ordem indicada, tendo em atenção de que os ovos devem ser ligeiramente batidos antes de adicionados ao preparado. Os ingredientes são envolvidos, delicadamente, sem bater, para não deixar entrar o ar.&lt;br /&gt;Coloca-se o recheio por cima da base e vai ao forno, aquecido a 180º, durante cerca de 35 minutos. O cheesecake deve arrefecer dentro do forno, cobrindo depois com o doce e levando ao frigorífico durante umas horas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bon Appétit!&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img
